i am a user experience designer & researcher. i love to create delightful experiences that are built for REAL human beings. i am also a writer. i love using words to capture meaning and build understanding.
i am a great: collaborator, communicator, empathizer, visualizer, strategizer.
i recently graduated from the MSI program at the University of Michigan where i studied HCI. before that i worked in the nonprofit sector doing fundraising, program administration and editorial work. working in non-profits taught me a ton...and also lead me to my current career. because i struggled with clunky software tools for years, i made it my mission to save others from the same problems.
